Godsmoke

Godsmoke takes its name from it origin: it is a powder deriving from the fungi that grow around churches and other holy sites in Spite, which is dried out and ground up to make the drug. It can be rolled into cigarettes or packed into a pipe for smoking, as the user prefers.

Godsmoke is not, as far as any knows, actually smoked by gods, but most commonly by the workers in the Gardens and the Works, who rely on its euphoric and pain-dulling effects to self-medicate the injuries that are an all-too-common feature of their jobs.
