It’s true that there are some things you can tell about a person by the way they park their car. For instance, if someone without the permits parks in a handicapped-reserved parking space, they’re probably an arsehole. But I don’t know any way you can tell how slutty someone is by the way they park their car.
Later on in the song, Prince mentions that the person in question keeps their used condoms and takes photos of all their one night stands – that is a fairly simple way to tell how slutty someone is (and also, in the case of the former, how gross).
